The minimum rider age is 15. If under the age of 18 the rider must be accompanied by and adult.

No. In fact they are very easy to ride. However before your departure your Iride associate will make sure that you are 100% comfortable on the unit.

The maximum speed of each unit is 20 MPH

The units are designed to go between 35-45 miles on a single charge. This should give you plenty of time to see what you want to see. Total miles allowed will fluctuate based on the riders weight and the speed mode you are in.

With the exception of taking the unit off road, you are free to ride wherever you wish as long as you obey all bicycle rules. If a sign is posted stating no bicycles allowed then this also applies to you.

A. All riders’ will be provided with a helmet and must be worn when rental period begins.

No. A driver’s license is not required but you must have some form of valid picture ID.

Being as we cannot predict the weather we suggest that you use your own judgment. The only thing that is not permitted is open toe shoes or sandals. All riders must wear shoes.

If it rains while you are on your ride you will get wet. If it snows, the ride is free! But seriously, for your safety and ours should it rain either before your ride or during your ride you will have the option to get a rain check or a refund. The amount of refund will be determined based on if any riding had been done prior to the rain and for how long.

Each rider is responsible for any damages to the unit while in the rider’s possession. Prior to the ride you will conduct an inspection of the unit and let your iRide associate know of any damages that you may have found. You will also be provided the option, for an additional fee to purchase insurance that will cover the cost of any damage to the unit with the exception of theft.

We require 24-hours advance notice from the time you booked your rental. There are no refunds for same day bookings. If you show up under the influence of drugs or alcohol you will NOT be permitted to ride and you will be charged the full price of the rental. No refunds.

Yes. Each rider will be charged a 150.00 incidental deposit fee. This will not be charged to your card but an authorization to hold will be placed on the card.
